How is a 10 years old Mac Book Pro use in 2023, A1398 one best ever Macbook pro

I have this Mac Book pro A1398, which was made in 2013, but today in 2023, it surpass most new PC.

It's cpu is i74770HQ. HQ is the specific code for normal voltage CPU compare to low voltage CPU most notebook used. Maybe you don't notice the CPU voltage while buying a notebook, seller only tell you it's fast. However the CPU voltage is most important specification while comparing computer's speed because you want CPU run fast, it need more power which is that higher voltage can produce more power. But they never show this specification to consumer when sell notebook. 

This is why Mac Book pro is a tool you can use to do heavy work, but Mac Book air is an exterior used to attract attentions ,which use low voltage CPU.

It's CPU is i7, which is another reason make it powerfully. i7 can surpass i5 for there and more CPU generation. Mac Book A1398 continue manufacture until 2015, and the 2015 model use the same CPU as 2013, so even you buy 2015 version, you get same CPU which is most important part in speed performance.

GPU is another important part in a computer, especially used in Video/Graphic related task, such as watching video/movie in a daily life. If you use a computer for video/graphic processing, you definitely need an independent GPU rather than integrated in CPU.

This A1398 Mac Book Pro has an independent GPU, which is the another specification contributed to it's fast speed. This is the reason it can surpass most new notebook in today 2023. Most notebook only have integrated GPU and low voltage CPU.
