First you need to open the back cover, it use specific screw driver to open it. If you don't have one, you can get it one on ebay
After you open the back cover, you need to unplug the battery first before you change the SSD. Gently lift each side of the battery connector to pry the connector out of its socket on the logic board.
The SSD is on the left side, it was fixed on logic board by a screw. remove the screw first, then you can pull the SSD out. When you pull the SSD out it socket, do it straight, then you can take it out.
How to get a SSD for Mac Book pro? I found one on ebay about USD$50 with 3 year warranty. It come with screw driver, so you don't need buy screw driver separately.
