职位：媒体投放主管岗位职责：

1. 制定并执行媒体投放策略，例如Google Ads、Facebook、instagram等，以增加流量并最大化投资回报率。2. 监督创建和优化活动，包括关键词研究、广告文案撰写及投资管理。3. 分析活动表现，并根据洞察调整市场策略。4. 与营销团队合作，使媒体策略与整体营销目标一致。5. 管理预算和预测，提供定期数据监测和数据报告。6. 擅长SEM/SEO付费广告投放和自然优化。

任职要求

：1. 市场营销、商业或相关领域的学士学位。2. 2年以上的SEM经验充分的媒体投放策略沉淀。3. 强大的逻辑及数学分析能力和使用Google Analytics等报告工具的经验。4. 管理大规模PPC活动的成功记录。5. 良好的中英文沟通能力。6. 领导经验或强大的团队管理技能

Job Title：Senior Digital Marketing SpecialistJob Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute media placement strategies on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to increase traffic and maximize ROI.2. Oversee the creation and optimization of campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and investment management.3. Analyze campaign performance and adjust marketing strategies based on insights.4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align media strategies with overall marketing objectives.5. Manage budgets and forecasts, providing regular data monitoring and reporting.6. Expertise in SEM/SEO, both in paid advertising and organic optimization.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in eCommerce/Marketing or related field; or equivalent years of combined education and experience.2. Minimum 2 years’ direct digital program management experience (CRM, loyalty, influencer and partnerships).3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.4. Strong ability to analyze and report on KPI’s such as revenue, ROAS, traffic, brand awareness measurements, etc.5. Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team.6. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. (oral and written).7. Proven ability to lead a performance-driven team and foster employee development.8. Ability to problem solve and seek out solutions.9.
