We need new additions Two sales Account Manager positions, fluent English, Mandarin, good Chinese culture/ American culture understanding. Need more than one year of sales or customer service experience, outstanding performance and achievements in previous companies or final positions, priority.The ideal candidate for this position needs to have good customer service and interaction, with a passion for personality and teamwork. The following skills are required: Job requirements:** Willing to work in sales and customer service for a long term, with a highly responsibility and flexibility. Self-motivation Multitasking ability Good phone communication skills Good organizational and time management skills to keep workload Good negotiation/ impact skills Willing to work under pressure High self-discipline and self-management, proactive Job responsibilities: Answer customer calls and respond to customer’s questions, and customer’s needs, with order processing and tracing. Familiar with the company's product line, able to develop the market independently, facilitate orders, and complete the entire order process. Assist the LA Branch manager in dealing with other matters in the United States.
