招聘熟练电子机械组装技工

我们是一家小型科学仪器公司。需要招聘熟练的机械电子组装测试技工。

您必须是非常注重细节的人，否则您不可能胜任这个工作

。如果您不觉得自己是非常非常细心的人，请不要申请！！

最好能英文读写，如果您不能英文读写，但是中文写作能力强，机械电子知识非常棒，我们可以综合考虑一下。

必须有工作许可。

必须有以下知识：

1) 可以用Word写组装手册。

2）简单理解电子部件的功能，比如什么是电阻，电容，二极管，它们有什么特性。

3）

必须有很强的动手能力。能自己独立思考方案并解决一些工作问题。

2） 必须会使用万用表(multi-meter)。

3）必须会熟练使用电络铁。

4）必须能熟练地做各种连接线。

5）能操作小型台式或者手持电钻，电锯。

6）能够搬起至少50磅重量。

We are seeking an experienced instrument assembler for a

temporary to a full-time position immediately. The position can be transferred

to a permanent full-time position depending on the performance. Previous

electronics and mechanical assembly experience are preferred.

Candidates living in Hayward and Union City Area are

preferred.

Qualifications:

-Must be detailed orientated. If you don't have a keen

attention to small details, you will not be able to succeed here!!!

-Must have some understanding to the properties electronics

components, such as resistors, capacitors, diode, voltage regulators and etc.

Must understand DC voltage, AC voltage.

-Must be proficient in using the multimeter (voltage,

current, resistance meter).

-Must have strong soldering skills on PCB with surface mount

and through-hole components.

--Must have the experience to build cables and wires with

connectors, such as soldering D-sub connectors

-Capable of using small tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches,

pliers, tabletop drill, and bandsaw.

-Must have experience in assembling mechanical components

that may subject to vibration.

-Must be able to drive to work in Union City, CA.

-Candidate needs to be able to read, write and communicate in

English

-Candidate should be able to use Windows PC and office

software for writing documents.

-Candidate should be able to lift 40lbs of equipment during

testing and assembly.

Duties:

-Inspect components for quality prior to assembly

-Complete assembly to specifications and correct defects as

needed

-Test functional performance of finished products

-Organize and sort components in the work area.

-Monitor supply levels and notify management if stock runs

low.

-Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
